holden commodore vpThe first facelift of the sucessful VN model came in 1991 with the release of the VP.
Visual changes to the car were subtle, but the engineering refinements were significant.
The Independant rear suspension (IRS) was standard on the SS, was an option on the other models.
All VP Sedans and Wagons were fitted with remote central locking and a antitheft system which included engine management system disablement.
The Berlina included a tachometer, cruise control, and passenger seat lumbar adjustment.
