VC Commodore

1978-Holden-VB-Commodore-Station-WagonsWheels magazine stated “The new VC Commodore isn’t perfect… but that doesn’t stop us from declaring that it is easily the best Australian car ever”
The model was a refinement of the VB Commodore, but offered a 4 cylinder engine for the first time. The six and eight cylinder engines were refined and released as ‘XT5′ which were up to 25% more powerful and 15% more economical.
A suspension upgrade resulted in better handling and the inclusion of the two tone was a welcome sight, having not been done for over 20 years.
